Speculaas Swirl Cake

Biscoff cake with cinnamon and spice, perfect as an afternoon snack or to put in your lunch box. 'Speculaas' is the name of the Biscoff biscuits in Dutch. In Belgian café’s it often accompanies your cup of coffee. Inge used her own speculaas biscuits this cake, made with her special spice mix.
